We’re Chi and Yuan—two climbers from China who turned our lifelong passion for the rock into something tangible. For years, we chased the thrill of sending routes, feeling the texture of holds beneath our fingers, and sharing laughs (and the occasional setback) with climbing friends across the country.

Today, we’ve turned that obsession into our work. Our brand, Yanji 岩及 (which translates simply to "To the Rock"), draws its soul from Chinese heritage—our logo is inspired by the ancient oracle bone script for "rock" (岩). It’s a small nod to where we come from, tying our modern love for climbing to a timeless symbol of strength and connection to the earth.
